How the 30-Day Price Match Guarantee Works
- Spot a Lower Price: Find the same product you bought from Quality Scopes at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase.
- Contact Us: Send us the active link showing the lower-priced item within 30 days of your Quality Scopes invoice. Email us at sales@qualityscopes.co.uk or call 0333 050 9576. If it meets our conditions, we'll refund the price difference right away.
30-Day Price Match Conditions
- Applies for 30 days from the invoice date for purchases from Quality Scopes.
- We match like-for-like items that are new and unused.
- The competitor must be located in the UK, as prices outside the UK exclude VAT and duty.
- The lower-priced product must be in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.
- The competitor's price must be available to all customers and include any applicable delivery charges.
- We'll price match online marketplaces with third-party sellers as long as the seller is in the UK. (Products outside the UK exclude VAT and duty).
